Pretty awesome card, I even liked Mir vs Cormier which I've seen a lot of whinging about. I had Benson winning the last 3 but I think the 3rd was marginal.

Pretty impressed by Matt Brown too and with Cormier if he wasn't so close to Velasquez I could see him being a top challenger in the HW division. Fought the whole fight in 2nd gear. Seems way to big for LHW.

He carries a lot of fat though. He wrestled for over a decade at 211lbs so I dunno. I hope for the sake of LHW he cuts down, there are some really good fights for him at that weight.

I see him as a wrecking ball at LHW, as a undersized challenger at HW.

Decent card on this weekend, not particularly happy with the way Sonnen vs Jones came about but now that TUF is done and we're on the final countdown I can't help but look forward to it a bit.

Should be a simple Jones victory IMO, but Chael has a ton of heart.

Yeah jones should be too good for chael but a fights a fight and anything can happen.

I'm looking forward to seeing one of my favourite fighters on the main card in Roy Nelson, reckon he should be closer to the title picture but even with a win over Kongo I can't see it happening. Also hoping Phil Davis destroys Magalhaes, can't stand his BS and the way he got himself the fight.


All in all a good card, would love to make it to one of these live events one day in the states.

He's been there before and got dominated. I don't ever see him fighting for a UFC title, he has too many gaps in his game. Great to watch though.

On the main event, seriously that was always going to happen one way. Sonnen is far too small at LHW.
