This is a post i made for another St George supporter Gregstar but you can apply it to yourself as well. You're all whingeing and whining little bitches

i've never had a drama with the fact that we lost the grand final outside the usual dissappointments - that's part of being a fan. i don't have a drama with the coach or players of the storm. the fact is, they shouldn't exist. the game has not taken hold down there. the crowds are in stark contrast to their performances on field. you lot can sh*t on as much as you want about facilities, ceo's whatever - the fact is that organizations without any on field success have more support than your mob. an even more disgraceful turn of events is that areas such as the central coast & wide bay region would absolutely bury your club even if they were supporting wooden spooners.

it is an outrage that a team is playing out of a city which couldn't give a rats about league week in week out.

tell all of we nasty poeple up here how many schools play league down there? how many local league comps are there in melbourne? in fact how many people in the entire state of victoria play rugby league?

No one hates the Melbournes? obviously never spoken to a tigers fan.

I hate them for what Kearny/Bai did to McCracken
I hate them for what Williams did to Buckets
I hate them for what Slater did to Skando.

The only 'fondness' ive ever had for the Melbournes is when they beat St George in 1999, and when they dropped Slater to Norths.

Their whole team is the work of the devil, and despite getting looked after like a sick child they cry like the opressed. get over it.
(NOTE: this is directed at the club, not the supporters. I have respect for what their 20 or 30 supporters have to put up with with channel 9 bs and stuff, even if they do look like jack asses in their purple jerseys, or all white with a lightning bolt pyjama shirt)

Big bloody sook...get over it !!.

Over the years I have never met a person who has said they dislike the Storm. I like the Storm. All me mates like the Storm and so on.
Thought Id ask the question here. Does anybody dislike the Storm?

I've always liked the Storm.

I love what they represent for rugby league.

we've discussed this before billy.

events sell out in melbourne - always have.

if league is so successful, why don't any storm games attract near sellout crowds?

why have storm season attendances deteriorated over the years, despite the teams' continued competitiveness?

Haha listen to youself, how clever do you think you are,
but your not, your a goose.
Whats Dragons average home crowd this year, how many years you been in the league?
Absolute sh*t, and not that much better then Melbourne.

I personally live in Wollongong and dont get my p's for like 3 months, not always easy to get to sydney.

My team actually decided to help the NRL by expanding the game to CC but what happened? something went wrong n we got the arse. Its a crock of sh*t

By the way, your team averages less than a team that has been sh*thouse for 15 seasons and is the worst in the league. You guys only survive through being bankrolled. So dont go lecturing the heartland about attending games.

Hahaha how old are you man, your always talking about heartland teams or whatever you freaking call them and you probally didnt even have pubes on your dick when the Bears were in the comp,
hahahaha you never even experienced the history of the bears,
ive probally been to more Bears games then you.
I cant beleive it, thats the funniest thing ive read in ages.

Yep, gopt anything to do with it??? Probly been watching league for longer than you anyway, and personaly am a 4th or 5th generation north sydney family.

We arent an AFL state but have done better than you. sure, sh*t crowds when we sucked, and it would be more understandable if you were a terrible team, but you guys a highly successful side of the last few years yet you rarely get above ten thousand!!! Whenever swans went well in the early days (hell even now) they get damn good crowds.

Thats cos the type of game AFL is, it will always attract higher crowds then League dosnt matter how much we think otherwise.

total attendances for home games

mebourne storm - 63,325 averaging 9,046 people per home game

st george illawarra - 106,859 averaging 15,265 people per home game

yep - it's time that you crept out the back door and gargled acid. your knowledge of anything remotely familiar to anything mentioned in these forums is on par with your ability to express yourself, which in itself is a direct reflection of your grey matter.

in short you're a spastic immitating a moron.

Lets not forget the St George-ILLAWARRA are a merged entity no matter how much the St George Dragons fans want to forget about that point and never admit to it. So considering it's actually two groups of supporters merged into one, the 15 odd thousand you get to each game is quite pitiful really

Both the heartlands are miles apart from each other. Souther Sydney and South of sydney are two different things.

what is this?

argument on the run with misdirection thrown in for smoke-screen?

an average of 15,000 to home games is pitiful? get off the hooch dimwit.

an extra 43,000 people have walked through our home ground gates in only 7 games thus far to watch footy this year. that's pitiful?

explain why souths with only one win have brought over 100,000 to their home games?

you are a dope of whom billy must be proud.
