At least someone aside from Ferguson is taking it.

Not only has his lawyer stupidly attacked the NRL, he was lying while doing so:
Meanwhile Fergo thinks he hasn't done anything wrong and is entitled to play:
Hey Fergo, if you get a real job, that gives you something to go to every day as well. Something you might need to think about.

Well for starters if he is appealing the decision then the matter isn't finished with in court, so no chance of getting a contract registered whilst it is still in process. Only prolonging the pain.
Risks a custodial sentence being imposed.
Sounds like he isn't getting the best advice, and isn't smart enough to know that himself.
Go labour for a brickie, it's work and a workout all at the same time.
I honestly thought a good behaviour bond was a good result for him.
Does them appealing the sentence open up the possibility of a harsher sentence being imposed? I certainly can't imagine a reprise of "I groped a girl, but she wasn't the one I thought I was groping" is going to play any better a second time around.
Well with Mundane in his corner It can only be so far away... Damn you racist Australia, protecting the rights of women not to be sexually assaulted :crazy:i'm waiting for him to play the race card
How funny would it be if on appeal the judge dishes off weekend detention or 3 month stint or something?
He'd be good for Monday night footy ;-)

Should just ban him from entering a licenced venue under any circumstances
