No way. He gets sacked from every club. He can't win comps. Why the f**k would we want Brian smith. Strange choice considering he's now in the wilderness.

I don't get it. All these people want Smith who's never won a GF, yet they reject 4 time winner Sheens :lol:

Sheens is not passionate for the Red V, Smithy is, Sheens is passionate for his income.
I remember Sheen winging losing to the Red V in 1993, saying the Dragons were lucky, because the Raiders were missing Ricky Stuart, mind you he still had 10 other origin players in that squad.

:lol:.........yes and the Canberra and Broncos team of those era's would make a mockery of the salary cap as it is now.

Top 3 Dragons coaches in the near approaching 30 years since I've supported the Dragons are Bennett, Smith and Waite, in that order for mine. I know many others would have Waite over Smith on here.

I can now say with 100% confidence that this club has hit the lowest point in its history with the suggestions of actually rehireing Smith or even considering the self centred Sheens

So who do you suggest??? At this stage we need change and although I'm personally not a fan of Smith, he is good at turning things around in the short Term. We Need someone from outside the club.

Brian Smith isn't done yet and is desperate to win a grand final as are we to get back on top, to me that's a perfect mix, if it wasn't for super league he would never of left in the first place.

If Price has to go my vote is definitely for Brian Smith over Sheens, I believe Smith has more to offer, prove and is by far more hungrier out of the two.

Right about now.........I'd take him getting us to the big dance!

Bennett was a great aberration and had us running with the best of the best, but we've now reverted back to the Nathan Brown/Trent Barret days..........great on paper, but suck big time on the field!
