I'd prefer to put 40% of my salary cap towards 6 'marquee' players and let the rest prove they are worht the same. You obviously prefer paying each and every player the same.

Unlike you Bay I have stated a number of times I'm not in the position to make claims as to how management should do their job cause I don't make staments then fail to folllow up with answers.

Is carney worth 400k - f**k NO. Does his performances match the likes of SBW, Gasnier, Thurston, Inglis? Thats the sort of money those blokes are on... Carney isnt near them performance wise

Should we pay $350k to another player - Name the player and ill tell you, if the player is worth the money, then yes. If he's not then no... IMO Alan Tongue and Todd Carney are the only ones worth near 350k in our side right now... By the end of 09 i expect Zillman will join them

Are four players worth $250k a peice - again name the said 4 players and we can answer your question... IMO the only ones in our squad worth that now are Costigan, Tongue, Carney and Monaghan... Zillman would be close by.

How about you bay? Who in the squad is worth 400k? 350k? and 250k?
