That draw is good for us. We're not going to catch Newcastle on differential anyway, but it will allow us to leapfrog them if we win today. A big win could lift us to 6th if Melnbourne beat Canberra, and if they lose the table above us will compress further.

I'm getting sick of this beard tbh - was looking forward to a shave last night, but not to be.

Presuming the Titans win today we'll drop to 10th. That means for the next round, as well as beating Manly (will the neutral venue work in our favour?!?), we'd need both the Knights (vs Sharks in Cronulla) and Titans (vs Bulldogs in Sydney) to lose. The Raiders are playing the Roosters in Sydney next week as well, a healthy win to the Roosters would help too.

All hope is not lost!!

- Sharks beat the Knights (@ Remondis)

We need to win vs Manly, or at least have a loss like the Souths one. Anything less and it's worrying for the confidence that if we did make the eight we wouldn't be there long.

Those cracks are mostly mental though, which should be fixable.

Last week our heads just weren't there and after weeks of winning (and playing well against the Souths) that was probably the single wake up call we needed.

The run home isn't a very hard one, if we don't make the playoffs then we weren't contenders.

It's fair point. Not making the playoffs from here means we certainly didn't deserve to. We need to perform well against the likes of Manly/top sides though IMO, simply to be ready for a playoff performance that won't see us knocked out straight away

Meanwhile though other teams are doing us some favours.
The Panthers are now pretty much dead, the Raiders have a terrible F/A and if the Dogs sort out the Titans tomorrow its almost no different to where we started this week. Too bad the Knights won.

We meet the Tits and the Raiders so beating them has the double effect of knocking them back.

Me too. We had to win today or at least look good in a loss. I would not be surprised to see them scrape into the eight from here, but not good enough from there to worry any teams. It would not be a shock to see them make eighth and then go out week one on a 30-40 point drubbing.

That's the life of the Warriors fan though Lol, give you something to get your hopes up like a little cluster of wins, then go back to this lazy pattern and let you down again.:?
Still...was a fun few weeks, I expected the year to not improve from the way they were earlier on. I should think we've still got a couple of good performances to enjoy this season, but you never know with them, that's the frustrating thing about them
