No, he didn’t.Israel won his dispute.

No, he didn’t.
If he won his dispute I assume he will be running out for the wallabies again after ARU we’re found guilty of wrongful dismissal?
Sure. That’s a win.I would count getting a few million bucks and an apology as a win.
Sure. That’s a win.
But your post appeared to be saying that he had a legal win, which is incorrect.
To use a metaphor from Folau's time in AFL, he missed the goal but still got a point.Okay - how about he very much didn't lose?
Yeah, but they didn't actually post it on twitter, or whatever.People riding the high horse here. Israel won his dispute so he's not guilty of anything other than putting a distasteful post on facebook.
We've let woman bashers, child terrorisers, skirt grabbers and head stompers back in after an eye balling from Greenberg.
The bed wetters can’t see their own hypocrisyYeah, but they didn't post it on twitter, or whatever.
They only went ahead and actually stomped on heads, mortified children into fear for their lives, and sexually assaulted women.
That's nowhere near as bad as saying it on social media, and then doing nothing more.
I'm disgusted you would think otherwise.
Israel won his dispute?
There was no legal victory, and he's no longer playing Rugby for the Wallabies, so I don't think that qualifies as a win. Reaching a financial settlement is a whole other story. RA are largely useless (look at who their CEO is lol), but suggesting Folau is somehow a winner in that debacle is a stretch.
I do love the false equivalence that Folau's supporters keep bringing up about Lui, Lodge et al though, as though being against Folau means you support those other players being allowed to play.
It is possible to hold points of view on multiple issues and I reckon you'd find a lot of people who don't want Folau playing RL are also disappointed that people like Lodge and Lui are still playing our game.
Okay - how about he very much didn't lose?
he didn’t lose? He’s moving to f**king France, didn’t lose lol.
But he wasn't seeking reinstatement though and got basically what he wanted. Winner.
RA got what they wanted by not having a ruling against them, but you'd be a fool to think that RA and now NRL would do the same again in the same circumstances.
Why do you characterise me as a Folau supporter? I just accept that if NRL are going to accept much bigger merkins than Folau, then we should let in Folau.
Don't you believe its possible to hold points of view on multiple issues?
Living in Catalans, counting your millions from the RA, eating cheese and trampling over ESL flogs instead of being trounced by All Blacks.
Some punishment.
What he wanted was to be free to post his religious hate of gay people which he cannot do.
Okay I see now he originally wanted to remain contracted. Not sure if that claim then morphed to damages only. I suspect it was only a good amount of cash that let him drop that demand.
I wish I would lose like that with millions in the pocket.
He conceded it was a low level breach and offered to pay a fine, serve a suspension with RA to monitor his future posts - so I doubt that.

Millions in pocket or millions out of pocket in future earnings? Which do you think is most likely?
I doubt Catalans are paying him very much, I actually doubt he will play a full season. Can he do it on a wet Thursday night in Hull? plenty of Aussies seem to struggle.
So either way he didn’t get what he wanted...he also had to apologise, he had to relocate to France which he could’ve likely done anytime had it been his real desire. Clearly not the big win you want it to be.
