He has had to agree to restrictions on his social media to get another contract. If he post the same shit again he will be fired and have no leg to stand on in court. He only got a settlement because the RU are incompetent and claimed he had signed something when he didtnt, he also apologised as part of the settlement.

Edit: Even after agreeing to not post anything homophobic the SL still doesn't want him there, they just don't have the power to stop Catalans signing him.

There was no legal victory, and he's no longer playing Rugby for the Wallabies, so I don't think that qualifies as a win. Reaching a financial settlement is a whole other story. RA are largely useless (look at who their CEO is lol), but suggesting Folau is somehow a winner in that debacle is a stretch.

I do love the false equivalence that Folau's supporters keep bringing up about Lui, Lodge et al though, as though being against Folau means you support those other players being allowed to play.

It is possible to hold points of view on multiple issues and I reckon you'd find a lot of people who don't want Folau playing RL are also disappointed that people like Lodge and Lui are still playing our game.

I doubt Catalans are paying him very much, I actually doubt he will play a full season. Can he do it on a wet Thursday night in Hull? plenty of Aussies seem to struggle.

If countless nrl rejects are good enough to be the Man of Steel, Folau will have no issues. He will probably be the best quality player we have ever sent there. Or maybe on par with barba
