You are wrong. Melbourne needs Munster at five eighth. There is no other serious candidate for the five eighth spot at Melbourne. Ryley Jacks the Canadian may well stay at half back. Melbourne will then need the attacking skills of Israel Folau at full back.

Folau isn't an NRL fullback's asshole.
He's big and strong and fast. He has good hands. That's it. Nice bloke (except when he's spouting shit about his imaginary friend) but dumb as a box of rocks.
The good NRL fullbacks run their defences and guide their attacks, Folau needs help to tie his bootlaces.

Munster's best position is fullback, and he has years of guidance from the best of this generation to improve his skills there. The only reason his long term future may be at 5/8 is that Jerome Hughes might just be even better.

Radradra is a much better winger than Folau. Radradra is the best NRL winger of the past 10 years.

But Folau is a better full back than Clint Gutherson, Bevan French and Jarryd Hayne.

If he was smart enough to keep his trap shut sure, more talent in the comp the better. But he isn't, so no. Don't need more negative attention brought to the game.

It would have taken a lot for Cecchin to come out, especially in this sport, and it was a big positive step for the game. Don't need Folau with his shit coming in trying to take that step backwards.
