Looks like the scores for Panthers in round 4, 2007 were overlooked. This has been rectified.

Also, both madunit and The Piper (Waken) played 10 matches in 2007 - 7 club matches + 3 reps matches. Again, this have been rectified on both the Most games in One Season page as well as the Players Since 2002* page.

*Worth noting that because of this, both madunit played his 30th club game and Piper played his 30th club game, both doing so last round.

Awesome achievement! I can't wait to see the first 50 game veteran in F7s history! :D

Willow, do you happen to know of the whereabouts (or existence at all) of the first 3 rounds of F7's, and the 2002 F7's season?

I'm in the process of going through all the stats again and make them new and improved :D

cheers.

The first rounds of 2003 were hosted on a webhost / free forums called 'ishbiz' or 'ish.biz'. The ish.biz account was set up by former forummer Mr Bulldogs.

It was during the transition period between rleague and LU when the F7s founder, Tappy was looking for a place to stage the F7s. He and matto had a falling out and in some major fit, matto and rleague deleted the entire 2002 season. There's more about the history of this here: http://f7s.leagueunlimited.com/history.php

Unfortunately, one day the ishbiz forums inexplicably disappeared, and with that we lost the first three rounds.

I found this archive site which has a brief discussion about ish.biz and its demise, here: http://www.freewebspace.net/forums/archive/index.php/t-39310.html

Don't know how far you want to take it but http://ish.biz appears to be directing to a new domain name. You never know, the 2003 matches might still be sitting in a dusty server somewhere. I don't know the name of the account that Mr Bulldogs had it under.

Why is that Robster? It is part of the F7s history and a number of forummers playing today did compete in 2002 and early 2003.

Plus the 2003 competition was split over ish.biz and LU, so how do we just ignore the ladder standings in early 2003?

A lot of research and memory searching was done during 2003 and 2004 just so the history wouldn't be forgotten.

Have to agree with you Willow ... history, "warts & all", should be preserved for the benefit of all who follow.

I know he is still a member here but I don't think he posts that often. You could try sending him a PM or ask around the Kennel. Timmah might be able to track him down.

I did notice a slight error Willow
I played in Round 4 against Bluebags last season (scored 89) but it's not recorded in the 2007 team/player stats for the panthers. Along with my appearance for Qld and 2 matches for NZ, gives 10 games for the season, and a spot at the bottom of this page.
http://f7s.leagueunlimited.com/history_players-most.php

cheers.

PS: This weekend, I'll go through the F7's matches and update all the stats I did a year and a half ago
This will be getting done on Tuesday.

btw - I also played 11 games in 2005 (all for the Sharks) ;-)
