We have a player with, in my opinion,a wealth of talent who should develop into a better 5/8 than Dykes can hope to be.

What do you think he'd do if he had Dykes and Kimmorley in front of him? Hang around for another 3 years or go somewhere they will give him a go?

Effective halves are a good combo, not sure a Kimmorley/Dykes combo would work.
Would not rule it out either.

hmmm brings me to a duck speculator

May be why we aren't seeing any bold moves to resign one Mr Peachey.

Will Mr Simmons hang around if Mr Peachey is resigned for 2 or 3 more years?

As to Mr Dykes/Mr Kimmorley

Football is played left, right and centre these days.

What's wrong with left half and right half. As long as the 2 are defensively sound it could work.

Duck Quiz

Which former first grade coach was the first to use his centres on each side of the ruck all the time. it didn't catch on at the time.

What about the other 10 or so years Aitken could have at the top?

Straight from the horses mouth: Simmons wants to be a Shark for life and all that will stop that from happening is if Cronulla don't offer him a semi-decent contract.

The Dim Sim is as much a Sharks fan as you or I.

thankyou for that insight Mr El Garbo, it's good to hear.

I will say though that to be the heir apparent to the Mr Peach he needs to be in the top team. it's hard to learn to be an NRL fullback in PL so I'll look forward to Mr Simmons tenure as an NRL winger

The coach who first played centres left and right was our own Greg Pierce.

Excellent. Now all he has to do is forget all those tips on catching the ball he must have read on the Sharks Den, and he's set...
