I'll say it again. I have NEVER said I am on TZ's side, I am questioning WHY she didn't go to the cops.
I am NOT defending Cronulla's actions
I am NOT defending TZ's actions
I am NOT saying I am happy that Parra want to pick TZ up in a few months.
I am NOT questioning the girls motivation behind taking the money
I am ASKING why she felt she couldn't go to the cops/IR board etc, but 7 months later she is happy to talk to the media

F*ck I wish people would stop assuming what I think and read what I am saying only.

Her first intention was taking it through the courts, that's what she wanted.

Hellsy im many cases women don't report rap, abuse etc... often due to fear of their offender. See may have been pushed by family into confessing or bringing it up, im not saying this is the case but a possibility.
In any case TZ actions are not that of a CEO, you don't shadow box anyone at work, you dont show employees porn, you don't refuse sick leave, you should be apologetic rather than stand over an employee you have accidentally hurt and you dont "payout" employees to be quiet (makes you look guilty). TZ didn't handle the situation from beginning to end apporpriatly and for those reasons I would not consider him as a CEO.

Of course I do, but unless she wants to come out and tell everyone then she leaves herself very open to having assumptions and theories made about her. As does anyone that comes out with part stories.
I respect her right to leave it private, so long as she understands people may not believe her story in full till they hear everything and have proof. That is the basket I sit in. I don't believe either party in full.

she goes to court- Zappia says it was an accident, Jenny claims differently, no witnesses, one word against another, the chances of getting a fair result are very minimal.

So what relevance to the appointment of a new CEO is the question of why she did not go to the Police?

the truth has been revealed, Zappia quit because of his unprofessional ways, if he was innocent he wouldn't have paid her out or quit - only a dumb person would see otherwise.

Go back and read my posts this is what I have been asking for days now, and we may never know if they wish to keep things quiet. Surely you can see though,Hellsy,that her integrity has little relevance to the appointment of a new CEO at Parra.It is what people think of Mr Zappia's actions that is of importance here.

Actually the discussion that has been going on has deviated from the thread title and that is what I was responding to.
And I have not said ANYWHERE that it does have relevance, I am asking questions that alot of people would like to know answers to based on other posts in this very thread if you read back.
