People who laugh at other peoples situations are generally not happy with there own life. People who put other people down only do it to try and feel better about themself and cover up their own insecurities.

Unfortunately you have yet to reach this state in your life to be aware of how to control ones emotions.

When you look into the mirror before you go to bed repeat these words

Not sure we'll be get anyone outside the NRL to attend. We can't go to court yet (the code of conduct to which we have agreed only allows us to go to court on issues of process.....but we could theoretically challenge the code I guess).

Due process is not yet finished. We haven't even got a breach notice yet. When we do we will be given the right to respond. We can't yet claim lack of due process.

Clearly I'm talking about if we have no choice but to seek relief in equity. If the "penalty" is viewed to be manifestly excessive, then we need to explore precedents. Notably these are the Storm, Dogs, Warriors as are those who have been recently exonerated (Cows). This would all occur after we have been heard by the Appeals Committee (former High Court merkin Justice Ian Callinan).

Well, maybe not quite the biggest in history....

But, the point is that it is not a breach of the cap in itself. You reckon none of our former Chairs or their associates have been involved in real estate deals with our players?
