with a 20k membership and 15k crowd avg that will see the club profitable from day one. All very achievable.

We’re not a small regional city. Those figures are very achievable based on evidenced nrl fanbase in perth. When we can get 20-30k plus turning up for one off games it’s not unreasonable assumption.

Of course if the club is basket case then it won’t be that but let’s be positive and assume that the club will be well run.
even really poorly run clubs in nrl today are turning a profit due to the massive increase in nrl grant.

15k avg and 20k members is conservative imo. And being on the ground here I probably have better idea that someone on the east coast (isnt that how the argument goes?)
