Do you know what top-level means? It doesn't mean first-grade. It means top-level. Players that clubs don't want to lose, and can't be easily replaced - like Carney and Bird. 2nd rate players don't count. None of those 4 would have been punted had they been Lockyer, Webcke, Tallis, etc.

There must be a secret "top level" grade somewhere other than first grade eh ? :lol:
