The rationale seems to be that you need a minor sport to be a second tenant, hold 50 concerts and other events, and not be west of Parramatta!
Total garbage and virtually discriminatory!

No, because ur argument is to get rid of all suburban grounds. Tigers, bulldogs etc better off at original home grounds.

Actually it isn’t. Suburban grounds should be used sparingly though and it is obvious the reasons why.

Nice avoidance though

Also I never said to get rid of the grounds. They can be used for local sports or second grade competitions just not often in a premier competition.

Honestly though there isn’t a sound argument to use suburban grounds more often

I’m saying thats your rationale. Penrith is Penrith. It is a regional centre that deserves a stadium. There is no way ever that they would move to Parramatta, and nor should they be made to. The rebuild of Parramatta should have been at Penrith, instead of pandering to the WSW organisation, and the SFS should have been the same as Commbank instead of the SCGs dream white elephant.

So you should play at 10k worn out stadiums which you can’t afford the upkeep on because the game according to you should harbour no ambition to grow? That is an absolute backwards way of looking at things. How about the Tigers actually market themselves better, offer cheaper tickets, become a better side.

Also despite the Tigers poor attendance for one game are you really suggesting that Commbank hasn’t been a good investment for the game?

Huh? Parramatta is one of the two city centres. Of course they are going to build a stadium there because it is closer and more accessible to more people.

The problem that Penrith has is that Penrith is not accessible to a large part of Sydney. It might be when the airport and the airport line is built but until then it isn’t.

Parra is a lot more central than Penrith.
Penrith deserves at better ground but another commbank is complete waste
