Does the SFS still have the little pizza stands? I’m sure it was a Domino’s? Perfect for the footy, I haven’t noticed them there the last couple yrs though, probably because you had to wait for them to go through that little convayer belt that it wasn’t profitable enough, but was easily the best thing there.

Can’t believe that people can’t go a couple hours without food, eat before or after the game, there are pubs all around, if everyone stops eating the crap they serve, they may just get the message.

Same with the beer
There are a million great pubs near the SFS - Cricketers, Local Tap House, Keg and Brew, Clock, Dolphin, The Carrington, Dove and Olive etc - all do a brilliant range of beers and better food than the SFS.

I refuse to drink beer at the ground any more - it's putrid piss they serve and I can't drink it.
Life's too short to drink terrible beer

I drink it just to keep the buzz going.

At least it is full strength, even if it is VB

I love VB so whatever lol
The food at the SFS is certainly better than the slop they're apparently serving up at Perth's new ground. I don't often get it but it's not the worst around.

I sit over on the western side at the SFS. From memory, they no longer serve Dominos Pizzas at the ground. The hamburgers though are definitely better than those shown at Perth's new ground - they actually have fresh lettuce, tomato and onion on them. Not the best burger I've ever eaten, but it is far from the worst.

I remember when all the food trucks at shark park would give away free food after full time.
Those were good times.
The Little Ceasars stall tried that this year until Round 4 when they realised we kept our wallets in our pockets and waited for full time for a free feed.

I don’t drink at the game anymore either.
Too hard
Too expensive and tastes like shit.
Unless I’m in a box and it’s free piss of course...then it’s
Too easy
Too free and tastes like mothers milk.

On a side note
Who in their right mind would consciously pay money for Tooheys extra dry?
Even when free is not worth it.

It was some years ago when i used to be General admission not in the PB stand.
I used to just wait from the 75th minute right in front of the hot dogs until they said the word free.
Good times.

XXXX gold on a 3 day fishing trip is a life saver.
Goldie’s on the boat
Full freight on land

Nah if the boat was listing horribly or in danger of sinking,I'd rather suck a barnacle.
Give me a Crownie,Coopers,jjm Boag or Cascade,Corona.
I remember as a young un ,with mates sucking on XXXX in jugs at the GC Chevron, because it was cheap, and we didn't give rats. The music was good and loud and the birds ,well let us say juicy.
