A very interesting read.

Sadly I agree with Webster. The level of abuse and vitroil against players, clubs, refs, match officals I believe is at dangerous levels. Social media has given a platform for some pretty nasty behaviour.

Refs weren't even allowed to give a sin bin for a cheap shots until JT was hit twice late, went off about it and they changed the rule mid season. It's different what you're allowed to do as a ref in first grade, you're excepted by the boss to talk to players respectfully and all this bullshit.
