How can we give League tests the special feel that Union ones have?

Just looking at the site http://www.napit.co.uk/viewus/infobank/rugby/superleague/worldcup.php reveals only 2 winners of the RL world cup. Only 4 teams played in all finals series. Of that France were in the finals last in 1968. Interesting stats!

Don't be fooled by the title RL World Cup either, it was originally a 4 team comp involving Australia, France, GB and NZ.

But instead the last three World Cups have been won by three different underdogs. The All Blacks haven't even made the grand-final.

Talk about unpredictability.

Meanwhile the same team has won the RLWC for the last four decades.
