Oh man. Just remember folks, he put up similar performances for us in the past as well.

Surely we can wash our hands of this thread now but as I've said before, if he kicks on to great things at the Dogs it's more of an indictment on him than us. He could have shined here if he so desired.

Wasn't working at the Warriors because McClennan didn't give him a go on the wing or centre. They've handed a good, international outside back to an opposition side without giving him a chance in his preferred position, he had a bad game out of position and he's gone. I would have Thought he would have learnt from Inu's last season, obvisouly not.

I honestly can't remember too many poor performances from Inu. I can remember games where he was outstanding and games when he didn't stand out. But not too many where he was among the worst performers.

For what it's worth, I agree. But it sounds like the trials may have been some of those, and Bluey couldn't find it in himself to pick him.

It still really sh*ts me to tears though that Inu is now free to spark a Bulldogs run up the table, one of our rivals, and that if we get injuries he's no longer available to us. It makes no sense at all.

You must have alzheimers then.

He isnt capable mentally of putting two good games together in a row.

Next week he'll smell like, look like, play like....

If anyone didnt think Inu wouldnt have a good game last night, they are wasting their time following league..

Again that's nonsense, he had two bad games for us and those were Storm this year and one last year. That's it. He was scoring a lot of tries and was solid in defence, especially during our Grand Final run last year. I expected far worse when we signed him on given how he used to be with Parramatta but was pleasantly surprised.

It just fascinates me how much patience you have for Ropati who had at least three downright shockers this year alone, and likewise for the clubs patience with Manu who alone has cost us games.

Most of us know of Inu's ability to play, but 3 coaches all ultimately had a problem with his attitude. How long Des will put up with it will be interesting? Or has Inu finally taken a hint? Time will tell. I doubt we will ever hear the truth as it could lead to a defamation case.

It hurt watching him carve up with another team - as pathetic as that sounds...

Interesting to see a lot of the Warriors saying on twitter that it feels wrong seeing Krisnan in Bulldogs colours.

You can't really blame Inu for choosing against a career at the Vulcans. I really wonder what it is that he did to fall out of favour with all his coaches, its got nothing to do with what he did on the field.

How about:
I would have thought Inu would have learnt from getting dropped by 3 consecutive coaches, that he needed to fix the off field issues which lead to him not getting regular first grade game time.
Maybe 4th time's the charm for Krisnan...

I really hope the club handled this well internally - this kind of thing could really create disharmony within the roster.

Like I said in the game day thread - I hope this isn't the beginning of a slide out of contention for us - but I have that gut feeling it could be...

I thought the same thing on the Twitter thing. Clearly the players liked him and he wasn't a disruption. So why release him? I read somewhere that the Dogs said that part of the conditions of them taking him was dependent on him going mid-year this year. So sounds like we got outmuscled by Greenberg, and probably Inu's manager. We couldn't say no, we need him this year and nor do we want to lend weight to your campaign.

He said in the Interview he needed a good kick up the backside and I'm guessing Dessie did just that and look at the result...

Mcclennan is too buddy buddy soft with our blokes, time for him to fire up on the boys.

 so it comes back to the not working hard on the training paddock rumour, you always go on about backing McClennan because he is a coach and knows what he is doing. In this case I'm going to back Des Hasler over Brian McClennan. If Inu really had massive issues off the field that affected his play on the field then somehow I doubt the Bulldogs would have extended his contract by 2 years. Either way he was handled badly, at the expense of Jerome Ropati, a rookie who is not going to a long term centre and a run of the mill winger. But who am I to question, McClennan must know what he is doing and it will all work out. I know it will for the Dogs.

At least we're all united on one thing, it's total 'heart in the mouth' stuff when Manu's being bombed. I don't suffer alone anymore, since joining this forum I know I have company.
