Good Question, I do think that some will deem it racsist if you barrack against them even in fair calls. It should not matter who you barrack for but I couldn't follow and Allstars team which means I'll go for the Aboriginal side

What if you're not cheering for the All Stars though? Just cheering against the Indigenuous the same way people cheer against Manly no matter who they are playing.

Then that's an individual thing. Usually people not cheering for the indigenous team cheer for the All Stars based on players playing from their favorite club.

I am not Indigenous, my wife is Indigenous, she cheers for the Indigenous side, i cheer for the all stars, she does not consder me a racist. there is the answer to your question.

unless you are barracking against them purely because they are indigenous. Then in that case the answer would be

yes.

If you barrack against them because more of your fav players are in the AS team then there is no reason to feel guilty about being a closet racist
