David Morrow. Supporter since 88. Says we have seen this before. Says he saw this during Hagan era. Says we had a 'soul', we don't need new fancy things. We need soul to tackle and achieve success. Team need to have netter defence.

Answer - Gidley says it is about character when the game is lost. How we go about losing. People applaude. Matt says we should always try and win, play tough. Is non negotiatable, players must defend or shouldn't play. Need courage.

Brian adds that this isn't a false start. Board is professional ready for new start. Brian says we need 'magic' to bring it together. Members should remove baggage of past experience with club administration and enter the tent with new board to achieve success.

Answer - Danny is interim coach who will try and change attitudes. The selection process hasn't started, no criteria yet.

Brian says new coach needs vision so we can innovate and be ahead of the entire game.

Young guy. Fan since birth. Hey he's my age! 23 for those at home. He asks about club culture. Is there a problem within club, is it toxic? Also what's happening with our salary cap

Answer.

There must be values that change culture. Club is always within cap, don't go over. Cap is currently flexible, we have money

Sounds like they are thinking huge and that is good. Agreed the timeframe sounds like it is a tad loose but that is typical of PR. You make it too short and you look like you are incompetent. If we continue to try to recruit the best and be the best and still lose then that is enough for me. As long as we leave the well dry. The ambition has got to be excessive. Winner mentality. We will either be good enough or not.

Why should we renew next year. What value do we get? Says we shouldn't boo team when they are losing. Will also buy Danny hairdye when his colour goes grey.

Answer - they are players for future who will develop. Says it's up to Danny to choose players.

Guy is a life member. Says our club creed is "be the player players want to play with". Is.concerned about the game generally, worried about the number of injuries. He would like board to ask NRL about support for players in later life.
