I think most people would like to see the Bears back for no other reason than they would be easy beats. They'll occasionally snag a win, just like the Sharks do, but in general, fans can circle the games against the Bears as wins.

Most fans would also like to see the Dogs fold too but it could be bad for society when crime rises because the scum fans become bored with no team to support. Crime in that part of Sydney is already bad but things would get a whole lot worse without a team to keep them occupied.

Earlier in the year he was willing to re-sign with Manly for $550k a year for next four years but the board voted against it. So he would have stayed for a lot less than Bulldogs offer. It was harder to stuff it up than get it right but Manly managed to stuff it up
