I blame Stewart for the sideline blow up. He walked off and shifted his line of walking to bump into Blair as Blair was jogging off.

If a fight wasn't on Glen Stewarts mind he would have headed straight for the sheds.

Blair and G. Stewart get 4 weeks

B. Stewart and Lussick get 2 weeks for running in throwing punches.

Both clubs should be fined substantially for bringing the game into disrepute re: the bench involvement/sideline melee

Wasn't just 2 guys having a go at each other on the field re: Blair Vs Stewart. They had both already been sent from the field/sin binned.

The man running into a fight is always looked hard at .........agreed. In this case however, it has to give way to the more serious action of continuing the fight after the players had been sent off.

Warrants a greater penalty.....imo

He did exactly what he set out to do. Phil Rothfield wouldn't give a s**t whether people like his articles or not. He gets people to read his articles by saying controversial and ridiculous stuff on purpose so that people like you read them, and then spread the word to give him even more publicity.

Isn't there a number of precedents for third man in not to cop any penalty from the judiciary? Third man Thaiday has made coming in and blindsiding opponents a staple part of his game and he is yet to serve a suspension for any of his dog acts. Funny that the Donkeys supporters are ready to pin 4-6 weeks on anyone that comes in as third man. I know spelling isn't a strong point for Queenslanders but why don't we start with this one:

Was watching the game in a bar in Bali. The whole place loved it, we all love the biff. Both teams at fault and a week suspension for all involved is sufficient. Deadset there are some pillow biters on here, cheap shots by both sides but at the end of the day it was awesome.

Surely it was a reportable offence therefore the video ref should have informed the ref that both B Stewart and the other 2 who ran in deserved sinbinning for running in? In fact B Stewart should have been a send off imo. Ran 40 metres, launches himself and catches Blair in the head when he isn't looking. If that's not a send off I don't know what is? Stop the HD video at 1:59. You can clearly see BStewart launch himself with a straight arm and catch Blair on the cheek. The other two then pile on top of Blair as he is crouched over from the King hit and start laying in then the 14 jumps up ready to take on the oncoming Storm players. Dirty and cowardly. NBo problem with Blair and Stewart going toe to toe, both grubs and deserve each other but the other players running in and gang attacking was totally out of order and deserve the book throwing at them.

16, 13 and 1 for Manly should all get a long spell imo

It's got nothing to do with either of them being third man in. Brett Stewart came from nowhere and attacked Adam Blair's head and that's striking. As is Lussick for coming in late laying blows into Blair while he was on the ground.

They both deserve to be charged with striking not being 'third man in' as you put it.
