The coach and his staff have to go. It's the only answer. It's that or just sit with it and hope it magically improves. You can't sack all the players, so you at least try to get someone in who can get the most out of what we have. What we have ain't great, and god it feels like I'm saying this every year... but we don't ge tthe most out of what we have either.
Thompson is similar except double the size. Leo ain't a prop. I dunno what he is tbh. A poor 5/8th that got too big maybe.
