I think all the concerns everyone has about BS and his coaching methods are shared by the heirachy at Parra. That is the reason for Peter Sharp returning to parra, to add someone that has the players feelings at heart as well. Peter Sharp is well liked by the players, and i believe his job will be to blend the differing factions in the side into one cohesive unit. Last year no-one was doing that job.

I understand that a lot of you will find this to be not acceptable, and that BS should go, but that is the way it will be, for at the least the start of the season. Hopefully we have a really good start to the year, and everything falls into place, but if not, expect to see BS gone.

What's all the fuss about. The way everyone carries on about Mateo you'd swear he was a standout player in PL this year. From what I saw he shows promise but dissapointed as often as not. He certainly has a lot to learn, including his one on one defence , I would consider him for first grade.

As for him looking disinterested late in the year, this was my opinion of him from day one, good one week, unseen the next - dissapointing.

i mean obviously i no nothing, but in my peseant opinion i think BS is the problem and i stand by that, but at the same time i hope he proves me wrong for the sake of the club

I believe the current structure won't change and Sharpy will be valuble to the club infact he could well be our best signing.

It was also interesting hearing an inteview with Daniel Anderson this morning and he seemed to dodge the question about his future coaching aspirations infact he didn't want to say anything at all. Richie and TK came to the conlusion that either nothing is happening or his currently negotiating with an NRL club.

I too believe the problem is a member of the coaching staff; it isn't Brian Smith, but a member of the coaching staff. I hope that member of staff is moved to recruitment officer as he also did a little bit of that this year.

Just the way he turned up late to mad Monday, after the head coach and most of the other coaching staff had left. The way the remaining coaching staff reacted to him, it is quite clear that they feel his department is letting the club down.

I think it was actually defence, from memory.

Knowles is fitness and conditioning (I believe).

And I believe Reddy is not the forwards coach.

So I think you're right - I think he's our defensive coach.

well if he is he is doing a great job,

Luke Burt, Fui Fui Moi Moi and the rest of the team are making great strides in defence.....its just that those strides are backwards ;-)
