Kohli is a great batsman, easily at least top 3 in the world.

But that doesn't stop him from being an obnoxious foul-mouthed twat either.
I don't like him, but there is no doubt about his ability.

Dave Warner to a tea.

Brayshaw just said its better to drop a catch then to not have one carry. Its a weird thing to say because they both result in the same out come. A dropped catch though is psychologically worse in my opinion.

Got a comment posted on cricinfo. Can die happy now.

Scott: "Can I ask a question please? Where does the love come from for Ishant Sharma? I remember he towled up Ponting a few times a while ago, but since then tends to bowl garbage, occasionally showing glimpses of something, but not delivering. Why does he continuously get picked, which in turn forces good bowlers to miss out for India? He does have exquisite hair though, perhaps that is it?" ---- He does well to remain fit, Scott

Sharma to Watson, 1 no ball, oversteps as he bowls this short and wide delivery, the batsman misses out as he picks the man at point with his cut

I guess it means the captain has the field right. But I agree, it is a bigger hit to your morale.

Oh no our rock at number 3 is gorn.

If they are dropping short, especially to the slips, then the keeper and slips are f**king up by being too deep. So balance what you feel is worse out of the tactical incompetence of not getting your cordon right or the inability to catch a ball and the negative impacts of that on the mind of the player.

Nah

Amla, sanga, ab are obviously better. Smith and Warner have better records and have scored on more diverse pitches, Clarke is a better home batsman.

Even on form mccullum and Matthews have been better. He scored a very nice century but he's still a guy who barely averages over 40 with questions on his ability to score on tricky wickets. Loads of talent though.

The guy does have 6 of his 9 test away from home so I think you're being a bit harsh on him. He's only had the 1 poor tour of England which has hurt his stats.
