Dont worry, I found it instead... "you asked for a mspaint created reciept... there you go... since you already said you would accept it as proof" ... Seems my memory is sooooo much better than yours....

What else do you intend to get completely wrong?
WTF are you talking about, there's no thread or pic to be seen in this post.

I'm telling you I found it and can easily show how wrong you are, and giving you the chance to bow out semi gracefully.

You three aren`t doing yourself any favours with this nonsense. Grow up and give it a rest.

It's shit and nonsense thread to start with. I'll leave the idiots alone then... but I am sure they wont do the same.

There's a reason that the Union part of this site hasn't had any posts in near a year and it has nothing to do with the game, it's all to do with the FW who mods that forum, he's disliked by most here as his anti Australian views always come out, and the ones that actually do like him if any, are exactly like him.

He a racist piece of garbage.

Just as many comments putting down League. Until the LU crowd got involved "sir kenneth free"? really? you guys could at least make it more difficult.

And of course the same journalists who now are to be believed were lying before? Confirmation bias at it's highest.
Can you piont out all the comments "putting down league " ?
All I can see are 252 comments saying how Shite Union is..and that's coming from NZ Union fans :D

But yeah, Union is trending up, as you would say "Bahahahaha"

Are you really desperate you want me to point them out???? Really???

And if you actually did read the comments, most are from Australians.

According to this Union fan there is no atmosphere at this game because everyone is at the Warriors game :D and check out the comments, doesn't look like too many NZers are loving Rugby much these days.

Nothing like Lang Park. There's security at all of the staircases at Lang Park to check your ticket and guide you to your seat.

Super Rugby is a flawed model for a sports league. It got by in the 90s and early 00s for the following reasons:

  • Australia, New Zealand and South Africa were the top dogs in rugby union.
  • The competition was still young and a novelty.
  • Rugby league was on the nose due to the Super League War.
  • Rugby went professional around this time, so there was money to raid the ailing ARL and NZRL
  • Australia became also-rans in the mid-00s.
  • The disparate time zones in New Zealand, Australia and South Africa made it hard to follow the competition.
  • European and Japanese rugby union grew and poached players from Super Rugby.

I suspect RU will become like cricket. The international game will be huge, but the domestic competitions will lose relevancy and become nothing more than a tool to develop talent for the national teams. RU in this part of the world is sort of going back to where it was before the game turned professional.

When Super Rugby reaches its inevitable demise how will Australia and NZ hold onto thier talent ?
If both countries have a domestic competition, let's say 10 teams, based on current television money each team would have a cap of about 2m ?
Top 14, Japan and the NRL would be able to offer players 5 x what the domestic comps would pay them.
Is a youngster going to take much less pay to one day hopefully play for the All Blacks or Wallabies ? Or take the big money elsewhere.

Yes, I am that desperate, you said 50% of the comments were bagging league...can you find 125 comments please? Or even 1 would do.
I love that you think if anyone bags union they must be Aussies, it's a NZ website, the comments are from NZers who think Super Rugbt is rubbish.

Can you explain how NZ can keep thier players without the pathways super rugby provides ?
How many teams and what would the cap be in a domestic comp ?
See if you can put together a complete sentence in your response.... ask your primary school teacher if she can help you.

No I didn't. You are making shit up again. And the most prolific poster in the comments actually SAID he was an Aussie. But I spose the ones who are talking about Stan might be in NZ despite Stan not being here.. but then you are making up the story.

Because Super Rugby or its equivalent will be there. The All Blacks make up 80% of Sky funding which in turn only makes up 50% of NZR income. And there is currently 6 Fully professional teams, with a contingency for two more. And 26 Semi pro teams to feed into them. So there are plenty of "pathways" available.

The fact you can;t understand such basic concepts must be troubling for your parents.

Yet again you're making up more baloney.
You remind me of a boxer who's been hit in the head so many times they don't know how badly they're loosing.

If you think NZ Rugby has the money to fund a fully professional domestic comp and be able to compete with the money on offer from Europe, Japan and Australia...as we say in Australia...you're dreaming:D
