The Gold Coast Chargers averaged 8900 in 1997, and the Crushers 7000.
He said current to be fair so he would be right. But yes go Queensland. Queensland is everything and nothing else matters.

When are you going to learn that correlation doesn't imply causation?Well done, you give yet another example of how investing more in a growth market produces better outcomes.
Why? How many of them have invested significant sums into growing their comp in a city? When are you going to learn that correlation doesn't imply causation?
If what you said held a grain of truth to it then BBL, NBL, A-League, ABL and Super Rugby would be bigger than the NRL.

Im talking support for their professional clubs and marketing for their top tier comp. BBL does it well and is reflected in crowds. Other sports dont have the money to do it at serious levels like NRL and AFL does. Are you talking about advertisements and promotional campaigns for their competition?
Cricket Australia runs numerous commercials on TV advertising the BBL.
Participation rates for soccer, cricket and basketball are very strong.
A-League ran plenty of promotional campaigns in its first few seasons.Im talking support for their professional clubs and marketing for their top tier comp. BBL does it well and is reflected in crowds. Other sports dont have the money to do it at serious levels like NRL and AFL does.
Participation doesnt necessarily translate to prof club attendance, its far more complex than that. If it wasnt Aleague would be by far the biggest comp in Australia. Thats not to say getting as many people interested and playing your sport isnt important for a whole raft of reasons.
