Hey Roops - what about Joel Brown?

He has had maybe 10 games at halfback after being a very good running 5/8 last season.
He has no kicking game worth talking about and his best playmaking option is still throw a dummy and go himself because as a playmaker he makes a great runner with the ball.
In short - he has a lot of promise but is a rookie just learning the game.

Fair enough I guess we've brought through our latest crop of young halves (Walshy could still play flegg this year?) so I guess we can't keep having great ones coming through all the time.

In today's Telegraph there was a little tidbit on Abraham and how he has suddenly fallen on the outer with the club. He was dropped from first grade this week despite the club's injury toll, and he wasn't even considered for Premier League. It's a shame to see him treated this way after he has had to play the majority of his games out of his favoured position in the backrow.

It looks like Brown and Tanner are also unwanted, but they aren't having much luck so far getting picked up by another club.

The paper also mentioned we signed some Tovo dude from Rabbitohs jersey flegg team.

Smith rates him as a forward of the future.

Maybe Roopy would know a little about him, or girvie?

George Morseau is a back from the torres straight islands who played Ball for us this year and was on the bench for Flegg for several games mid season.
Don't know about the others.
