Rachael (The Rat) Pearson had her best game for the Eels. Set up both of the wingers tries with pin-point kicks, and landed a sideline conversion.
She might lack speed in her legs - but she is still quick between the ears.
Dean Widders rates her as the 'best game manager' in the competition..

So we won a game on the weekend and am pretty sure matched our regular season tally for last year.

Didnt we make the GF only winning 1 game during the regular season.

that got us into 1st V 4th play off which we won and went into the GF

The 1 was pretty good. I liked the 10. A couple of other forwards really had a crack. The frizzy haired centre is a goer. The 7 is quality. Not as bad a team as I first thought. Definitely lots of potential. Nice to win.
4 Eels teams won last weekend. Awesome!

Well we did get ripped apart didn't we by the expansion sides.

How much of it was our fault or the just rules the NRL had in place. Seems like a ridiculous system where it was open slather for new sides to pick apart some teams.

Then our marquee forward got herself a long suspension hasn't helped.

Hopefully the junior reps sides have some guns coming through that are eligible next season.
