Just give the job to BA and get someone else to run the NRL side

That way BA is still employed & is still 7 mins from training, the men's & women's side get a fresh start with the coaching.

Everyone wins and no one has to lose there job.

So …. why do you need a full time coach if the squad are only part time players ? You guys know for a fact that all the other clubs have full time staff or are you just having a rant as usual ?

I think you’re missing the point, we have a dude who works full time doing NRLW stuff. Pathways etc. So we are looking for a part time NRLW coach.

^^^^^ Those positions above COMBINE the NRLW coach, pathways etc in the one job. Remember when BA did that job and he became overwhelmed and the review said that was a f**ked idea ?
