You seem to get very sweary and nasty about things. Have I ever been sweary and nasty to you ?

So back to NRLW, perhaps you should go back to October 2022 onwards and find which post you are so outraged about, hit quote and we can then talk about it. Cos I reckon your memory is failing you. Anyway do that and then we can chat more.

Nah stick it, I know what I said and what you responded with. I just can't be F'ed playing your crappy game. People that have been on here long enough know whose track record is right more often and who talks total crap and shills for the most ridiculous things and people.

I just love giving it to you for that very reason. If you don't like it, stop simping and shilling for incompetency and greedy evil.

Simples.

But I ain't holding my breath for any major new signings for this year at all. We just aren't that smart a club. MON moves at the speed of a million year old glacier. I mean just take a look at his recruitment and signings for the NRLW squad. What an action man and thinker of the game he is.

Well I would think he is up to his eyeballs in it and would be the main man that signs off on all our recruitment and retention activity no matter which of the two comps.

Look at his comments and I would say inferred involvement from our clubs own website. I would bet your left testicle that he is the ball and chain in these signing matters. He drags out almost every negotiation. He is the man that counts the $$$, so why would it be any different no matter what title someone else, who would be subservient and down the pecking order to him, has?

I'll tell you what is gash, the retention and recruitment of our NRLW team. We have basically lost the majority of our best players and have signed virtually no one. Good to see the girls are following in the footsteps of the men and plan on never winning the title as an NRL team. Genius's.

Yeah Go Parra!!!

Can't wait for the girls season to start. Development club through and through.

Jeez we are going to struggle.

Yep like I said, we have already blown it at the recruitment level. We will be also rans(somewhere mid to bottom). Good to see nothing changes even in our women's squad. The teams that acted the fastest got the lollies. We have Glacier and Co. The only time we act fast is when we panicked and we buy a busted geriatric like Hodgo.

What a management team. Sort of like RL's version of the tortoise and the hare, but in League the hare doesn't take a silly nap and runs all the way to the finish line quick smart and then stuffs its face in a basket of carrots, while we the tortoise are just then getting beyond the first lap.

Our club are just so comfortable in being loses and close contenders. Actual winners is just so far out of their reach or reality that happiness for them resides in being competitive. In their eyes that is a successful season. Winning? Well yeah sure we are working towards that. One day we will get there, sure. That is the Parra way. One day that never comes!

These are just some posts I made sounding the alarm bells, but hey I'm full of shit.

Look I'm not interested is a d*ck measuring competition, all I know is that I was right and you as usual were an idiot. So I won't be bothering to waste more of my time responding or searching for more proof to satisfy your silly games and nonsense.

I don't fib, I may get things wrong on occasion or forget, but I don't go out and intentionally try to deceive. So leave me alone and stop acting like a woman that never stops prattling on and seems to think that having the last word means that she won something. I just don't give a stuff.

I just played the percentages. Ram usually does talk shit.

Who's been caught talking sh*t?

So many hoax's on this site and they think they have the moral high ground.

Really some of you guys are just such a waste of time.

I can't be bothered.

Translation : Eels NRLW leaking money playing at Commbank take them to the suburban grounds..

In June this year they struck a deal to get their own boutique ground ? IIRC they had trial there, got a great crowd and the atmosphere was great. Maybe this is what they are talking about ? Anyway, the NRL made the girls play so many double headers that we only got maybe 3 home games at CommBank ?

I think suburban grounds is a better fit for where the comp is at now.

Better atmosphere for the Girls to play and enjoy in.

You can always have 1 game at Commbank as a big event day i suppose.

It's fine our our part time side as the club don't see them a day priority.

But if we want to be attracting the best resources and players to be competitive we need to be professional.

Let's see what the plan is once our centre of excellence opens they will probably move there.

Yeah no doubt i am pissed off how the club dropped the ball with the NRLW side after a making a GF in 2022.

I think though this is a good pro-active move taking games to suburban grounds. Get the community more engaged with the side.

Roosters for example play at Allianz in front of 2k fans in a 40k seat stadium. That's not helping the comp out.

I think most NRLW sides should be doing it and build up the comp through the suburban ground atmosphere and have 1 home game at your home ground before the NRL so you get the right balance in the season.

Personally Id much prefer to watch The 2s and even the 3s as early games on NRL home game days. I guess it dosent help letting our roster walk out the door and come stone motherless as a consequence. Get a decent roster, get a decent "full time" coach then welcome them back to CommBank.

Actually I don't think that they want to be "undercards" to mens games. Other codes like AFLW, soccer or cricket just play and attract their own crowds.

Cmon guys, Ram has a point about the recruitment or lack of it that went on after making the NRLW GF. If there is a so called weak point in in the club , it’s the recruitment gurus in charge of the senior teams .

Most organisations have an objective to be best in practice with an aim to have every arm of the business in the top 10%. Not sure R&R is there compared to our peers, the board should be seeking answers.

NRLW team finds a new home at Eric Tweedale Stadium

Authorparraeels.com.auTimestampFri 30 Jun 2023, 02:00 PM

The Parramatta Eels NRLW team and women’s rugby league programs will be based out of Eric Tweedale Stadium (ETS) for at least the next two seasons, in a new partnership with Cumberland Council.
ETS is a new $11.3m sporting facility which opened in November 2021 and is part of the extensive Granville Park sports precinct in the heart of Western Sydney. As part of the agreement with Cumberland Council, ETS will be the training base for our NRLW program in 2023 and 2024 while the Eels’ new Centre of Excellence is being constructed at Kellyville Park.

Cumberland Mayor Lisa Lake said, “We’re thrilled to make Eric Tweedale Stadium in Granville home to the Parramatta Eels National Rugby League Women’s team and excited to be able to host some rugby league matches for our community and visitors.
“This partnership demonstrates Council’s commitment to promoting gender equality in sports and showcases the importance of supporting women’s sport in our region by providing equal opportunities and resources for both male and female athletes, so that they can hone their skills and compete at their highest level,” she added.
Eric Tweedale Stadium has been fitted with lockers for the Eels' NRLW team.

The facility has new dressing and locker rooms, medical facilities, a fully equipped gym and multi-million dollar playing surface that is one of the best in Western Sydney.
The Eels have the largest NRLW junior development program in Western Sydney with a 52% growth in female participation across the Parramatta Junior League catchment in 2023.

The partnership with Cumberland Council will also see the Eels women’s rugby league development programs based out of ETS to enable greater integration with the Eels wider Western Sydney catchment.
The Parramatta Eels will also apply to NSW Rugby League to field a Harvey Norman Women’s Premiership team in 2024.
If the Club is successful, the team will also be based out of ETS for training and game days in 2024.

The Granville Park agreement is an important partnership in growing junior rugby league in the Eels’ catchment and building participation even further.

Parramatta Eels CEO, Jim Sarantinos said, “Our partnership with Cumberland Council and our move to Eric Tweedale Stadium is an important milestone for our Women’s rugby league program. This multi-million dollar facility will be a fantastic base for our NRL and Women’s Rugby League programs.
“I want to thank Mayor Lisa Lake and Cumberland Council for their commitment to women’s rugby league and providing such a great facility to build and develop our programs. We look forward to our partnership growing with Cumberland Council in the years ahead,” Sarantinos said.
The Eels come together during NRLW training at Eric Tweedale Stadium.
The Eels’ NRLW team will play their trial match against the Dragons at Eric TweedaleStadium next Friday, 7th July at 7pm.
