Another great performance from Frank this morning. Matched by a superb performance from Fulop in goal for the Foxes. Good to see Shevchenko on the scoresheet too.

Yet again Lamps has saved us.

A Hat trick from Mid Field.

Some Chelsea fans take him for granted. Wonderful player.

"England had no leadership on and off the pitch, while the gloriously gifted Luka Modric made mugs of Gerrard, Frank Lampard and anyone else who came within passing distance of him." - BBC

An English source.

Lampard Wants Juve Move - Report

Chelsea star Frank Lampard is desperate for a move to Juventus, according to the Corriere dello Sport.

The goalscoring midfielder is ready to quit Stamford Bridge after the recent departure of Jose Mourinho and would like a fresh challenge in a foreign country.

Juventus unsuccessfully tried to lure Lampard to Turin last summer but with his contract expiring in 2009, the Bianconeri would only need to fork out around £9m to get their man.

The key person in luring Lampard to Turin is Juve Coach Claudio Ranieri. It was the Tinkerman who was responsible for launching the East Londoner’s career when he signed him from West Ham in 2001.

The pair have an excellent relationship and Lampard was said to be devastated when Ranieri was axed by Roman Abramovich in 2004.

Juventus have made the signing of a top-class centre midfielder a priority as summer signings Tiago Mendes and Sergio Almiron have dreadfully failed to shine.

Lampard was in action last night during England’s 3-2 home defeat to Croatia. The 29-year-old scored a penalty but it was not enough as the Three Lions embarrassingly failed to qualify for Euro 2008.

Thats rubbish that Lampard desperately loved Ranieri.

If you read his book he says he has alot of time for Caludio, as he has the one that put faith in him.

But he was adamant Ranieri made some glaring errors during his tenure.

Time for an update

9 for Chelsea

2 for England

Although 1 was in a freindly.

Make it 10 and halfway to the inevitable 20.

99 in all for Chelsea. One more for the magic ton. A ton from midfield, not bad.
