OK first of all

WOOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOO
OOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Congrats Bundy boys!!!! You f**king deserve to be there!!!! You guys have been great!!!!!

NSW Cup.
Wenty 30 - Storm 8
Tryscorers: Uaisele x2, Keating, Wright, Grehan & Latimore
Goals: Latimore 0/1, Uaisele 2/4, Robinson 1/1. [Just quietly Etu's last kick was funny ]

CC came out firing at the start which lead to their 8-4 lead. Which woke us up and BAM! We played well! Keating was gone after he scored his try and it showed how well we are as we didn't panic. Jimmy Grehan came on and played a 5/8 role and O'Grady went to half and we just kept flowing.

Ant looked to be limping after the game but it didn't look like something to worry about []

Poor Marty though if ANYONE deserved a try it was him.. He was about maybe 5 out the first time and just got pulled down and then the 2nd time maybe the same distance out and he just fumbled the ball.. we were so excited wanting him to score and he just missed poor guy!

Oh and right at the end no.5 for them was sinbinned and he tryed to say something to the ref and he's just like "go"

Best players: Jimmy did well when he came on, O'Grady also played well plus me, Nikks and Jess for being there

Oh AND they have some psycho birds up in Wyong. Walking back to the car after the game to drop our stuff off then walking to the club then walking back to the car we were attacked FOUR times by the SAME F**KING BIRD.
The last time it flew straight at us it was sorta like the movie birds.. Has anyone seen that? It's heaps old but I love it :D

Great win by the Bundy Boys. Danny Howard was outstanding, he is a great player and each run he made at least 15m and scored a double.

Wenty started off the match with all the possesion, and had repeat sets on the cabra line, some poor last tackle options resulted in nothing, but credit to the cabra defence they held wenty out, and as it so often happen in league after putting all the pressure on the cabra defence and looking like scoring, it was cabra who scored first.
This seemed to wake up the wenty boys and they then switched on and scored to tie things up.

In the second half it was all wenty, try after try thanks to the forwards laying the platform for the backs to finish it off. 30 un answered points to wenty and the boys were showing just how far ahead they are of all other teams in this competition.

Stand out players were, Danny Howard, Brad Capovilla and Steve Bristow and as usual Sargeant and Stanfield. Ben Taia also was a handful for the cabra defence.

We know Filiga is quick, powerful, can score tries and make line breaks at ease, but he also showed us another quality yesterday, his big hits. Cabra were doing a backline move and it came to the fullback who was running across field and then as he started to straighten up he ran into the wrong bloke, killer karls shoulder was there waiting for him and he just launched himself and cleaned him up with his shoulder and completed the tackle all in one motion which made it look even better.

Wenty now get the week off and Cabra play Bankstown, the winner of that game then meets Wenty in the grandfinal.

Final score was 34-12

Wenty show why they are the No.1

WENTWORTHVILLE have gone straight into the Bundaberg Red Cup grand final. The minor premiers got there with a decisive 32-12 win over neighbours Cabramatta in the major semi-final at Leichhardt Oval on Saturday.
Though the preparation may have been meticulous, the game didn't go exactly to plan, at least not in the first half.
Wenty were scrappy and gave up field position and possession and the result was a 6-all half-time score.
This was unsurprising, given the Magpies had won a fortnight off through being minor premiers.
There was no panic. Wenty knew if they got their game together the points would come, and so they did.
Lots of them.
``We just ran through them,'' coach Brett Cook said.
Yet another dominant display from Mitch Stanfield and the inspiration provided by returning veteran Brad Capovilla in the middle allowed the backs to run free.
Man-of-the-match Danny Howard scored two tries and the flyer, winger Ken Sio, grabbed his customary weekly four-pointer after a run for experience with Parramatta's Toyota Cup team the previous weekend.
He scored a try then, of course.
The Magpies got through the game without injuries.
Now coach Cook is counting on experience being a big help as the Magpies have another fortnight off preparing for their grand final opponents.
Cabramatta meet the Bankstown City Bulls in a finals match this weekend.
``They're pretty experienced,'' Cook said of his squad.
``I don't think the mental side will be a problem, we just need to devise a physical program to compensate for the lack of football. We won't do anything much different but will ensure they have a simulated game against opponents, like the A graders.
``We'll have a simulated game with a 3pm kick-off this Saturday. The grand final will be played in the daytime, and we play our best football during the day.''
Just one more game in which to put their best feet forward.
