Doing my first Baklau fish cake tonight, you have to rinse the Cod for 24 hours changing the water frequently.. It's Spanish

THis is the end result a success!! Baklau. (Salted Cod fish cakes).. HEAPS of prep but they are the bomb!! Best Foods Mayo is the only mayo imo.

Baklau is hard to find and make sure you get the water/flour right is about the hardest thing but I see you know how to do that already so... Good luck!
