Alices Restaurant is closed tonight. Missus is working and won't be home till 8-ish. I am off to old mates place to watch it with him.

Old mates already told me that scones, almond cake and coffee are on the menu tonight. It's all at the right price and I don't even have to wash up.

So yeah fharrk you 'my kitchen rules tonight'. But I will more than likely have something with my post match milo tonight.

THis is the end result a success!! Baklau. (Salted Cod fish cakes).. HEAPS of prep but they are the bomb!! Best Foods Mayo is the only mayo imo.

Salted Cod ready to eat but you have to soak it for 24hours, and rinse it up to 5 times, this gets the salt out of course but if you buy normal Cod fillets it wont taste the same..

Soz about the shit pic, it's self raising, baking powder, Garlic, Onion, Parsley.. an egg for the doe. Oil for deep fry.

Boil the Cod for 5 minutes only, drain entirely i.e pat down with paper towels and fridge it for half an hour.

YouTube has a tutorial which I used to guide me through it but the recipe is from the missus old man a 76 yr old Spaniard, champion bloke and one hell of a cook.
