Second time I've tried salt and pepper prawns, I've been eating them for over 30 years. I'm not lying, I've accidentally stumbled on the best version I've ever had.
First time I've done fried rice, I threw out the rule book and used everything organic and vegetarian, including the oil and tamari (I dont rate soy sauce), and I used organic brown rice (no one uses brown rice), peas, carrots, and eggs. Piece of piss and tasted fucj yeah.
Having a Coonawarra to celebrate (any reason...)

I used to use pork fillet and a jar of Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce.

The guy at Sum Lam told me never use fillet, it dries out. He said use whole pork scotch fillet with plenty of fat. He also said make your own sauce.

Anyway, this stuff melts in ya mouth. Way better than the previous lazy dried dog turds I was making LOL
