About to start a Sunday arvo Spesh on a Monday.
Spaghetti marinara with home made garlic bread and some Sangria that has been chilling for a while.
Is there a game on today??? Oh yeah, Stains vs The Dawgs.
May the Lawd save the f**king Queen, because the governor general sure won't!!

How do you do the sangria? I have a potent recipe, it's more like punch aka a punch to the face.

I cheat.
I buy some already made up from my local bottlo and add some fruit.
Wanna share yours and I'll give it a whirl?

 

[Frenzy.]

1 cup freshly squeezed OJ
1/2 cup caster sugar
2 x bottles Pinot Noir
1/2 cup Cointreau
2 cinnamon sticks
4 cloves - whole
3 thinly sliced lemons
3 oranges thin sliced

OJ & sugar over medium heat, mix well and bring to boil
Add the grog and the aromatics and stir till simmering

Remove from hot plate, cool and serve with the fruit

Easy as and not too strong.

I saw this in the newest Woolies Fresh Mag

Coincidence here Angry. I was around at old mates place last Saturday arvo watching the mighties destroy the eels and he was telling me all about giving his four legged bestie pigs ears to chew on.
