You'd have to blame the players, but you'd also have to question whether the coach communicated the game plan properly to them, and/or whether he chose a game plan that the players would be able to effectively carry out.

And lets face it, if SK was sacked today, tomorrow or next month, I think that would be the end of his coaching career.

He would probably end up in Melb, where you could drool over him, face to face, rather than over the net.:lol::lol:

The difference is Kearney has never been sacked by any club. How many clubs have punted Daniel Anderson? And what shape were those clubs in after he left?

Anderson might have learnt how to coach from Brian Smith but he learnt f**k-all about how to build a club.

imo success is built on rock solid defense we look disorganized and confused in defense and this is my barometer of a coach. The defensive structure should be ingrained and able to stand up to pressure.This is what lost me. Personally though I think the players share a lot of the blame and deserve to be cleaned out the jersey deserves more respect than what they dished up.

Not that I need to tell you Eels fans this, but I think you had better just let this season go as a bad joke and refresh and regroup for next year, with a new coach and some new talent.

I might be drawing a long bow here, but putting 1.8 million back on the table might just be apart of a massive plan to lure Cooper Cronk.

I actually don't know if he's a good coach or not because he doesnt seem to have a squad that can compete to execute his game plan...

I'm not the type to blame the coach for the sake of it.
