I don't know where to get the stats from but I'd be curious to compare it to the consistently top 8 teams of the last 5 - 10 years. See what the benchmark of our expectations should be.

I like peachey but if we keep him we lose another junior in may.Peachey is getting big coin from gold coast and possibly a starting spot we are over stocked for back rowers and have another utility on a 3rd of the money hes on so have to let him go

I just calculated from the Wikipedia pages for each season, which has the results and tables. Maybe one day when I'm really bored... but today is not that day.

In the stats I did. A few of our wins v top 8 teams that were depleted. Imo shouldn't count nor should the Storm be a non top 8 team in 2010. You guys in 16 were top 8 until you lost points up until that stage should of been classed as top 8...

He seems like the type of coach who goes well implementing long term systems. Maybe he'll fail after Smith retires but who knows which has made the other look good.

This is it. More a long term coach this year will be a test of him

No it’s not, he’s a brilliant coach. Look at the kids he has developed to replace smith, Cronk and Slater they are look the goods. Look at how he regularly gets more out of bog average players than any other coach. I used to doubt him but not now, Bellamy made the storm not smith. He has created a brilliant culture up there.

He’s 100 times better than Griffin. Griffin got the job cause he is Gus friend and they share a manager no other club even cane close to signing him when he was out of a job. Griffin is a shitty man manager and that’s the most important part of the job otherwise you’re constantly beefing with at least one player in the team which we are seeing now.

NSW were a complete mess, and still are actually.

Bellamy certainly didn't get the same setup or opportunities that Daley was afforded. I think he should have another shot at it but I sense he feels he has nothing to prove. Melbourne will be his last coaching gig.
