Waqa has never looked good under the high ball. Clueless and he doesn't have any impact carting it up on the wing. His run style is suited to early shift and a bit of space and getting one on one with his opponent. That's when he is deadly.

What does he offer on the wing? Can't catch and doesn't have a powerfull run game. He is a centre or drop him.

I think waqa is on the outer.

The fact he wouldn't move him back into his preferred position as centre because of his defensive deficiencies and played Bailey there instead when opacic was injured.

It's wing or reserve grade we ain't moving him back in the centres unless we have a full blown injury crisis.

I've seen @Gronk balance 6 Bacardi Breezers, a c**k sucking cowboy and a Carlton 0% from the bar back to his table at Hemmesphere. Catching a bomb should be easy in comparison.

He turns 28 soon and will be 29 end of contract. He won't be signed.
I reckon we will see movement soon. Our finals run meant we put a lot of this on hold.

Bryce,Brown,Waqa will be attempted to be moved on. Bryce probably not costing to much overs to be a huge concern. Prob around the 200-250 range.

Positives for me:

- Ice is gone (as good as he is with the ball in his hands, he is deadset a defensive liability)

- we get a bigger body at hooker (I love Mahoney, and he tries his arse off, but he is small)

- Hopgood's signing (he's the prototypical modern-day middle forward; mobile, for, agile, skilful, and not overly huge)

- we get Dunster back from injury (while not a world beater, he is a more reliable player than Waqa Blake)
