yes we can.

2 more points next week takes us to 14 so we'll be within striking distance of the 8.

Raiders and Panthers will be tough assignments, but the boys are playing with a lot of confidence. We then get the Sea Eagles and Lions so we need to make sure we take those points.

Finish with Bears, Sharks, Jets, bye, Raiders and Knights, so not too bad a draw to finish. No more Dogs, Dragons or Eels.

Long way to go yet, but 28 points isn't too far fetched. Need to fix the f/a though.

I'm not banking on any games as gimmes, and the against the Jets less so than others.

BUT- You looked a far far stronger side with Lewis and Soward running the show.

Not surprising really with Lewis killing them with the Tits and Soward starting off on fire for the dragqueens, although he had a shocker on the weekend against Parra.

We are really missing players of that quality in this grade.

Not to forget Nigel PLUM to Canberra raiders last week. FMD !!!!! :(

And SOWARD scored a try and kicked 2 from 2, effectively scoring about 2 thirds of their points in the loss for the side. :x :?

Jets are playing the catch up game ( the one that was rained out ) against Bulldogs at Henson Park on Wednedsy night ( 27th june ). Jets will have to play both the competition leaders within a four day period. However have a BYE the following weekend to recover which is good.

Knights had a good win over Canberra in Canberra.
Apparently Carney played for Canberra and was knocked out during the game.
His new knickname is 'Lucky' i think.

What were the other results ? Eels beat a depleted Newtown side 35 to 30 in the last minutes of the game. Was a close one though Parra were the better side and missed a lot of conversions.

Jets will go up on that ladder once they have their second BYE this weekend. They are basically on 16 points in the top eight still, ( 7th it would appear ). Hang on, I suppose this weekends results shall alter that, if not already. ?? Has anyone got any of the current Prem/league results from games already played ???
