I think Price has lost the dressing room , player interviews are a spin. He has absolutely no success as the head coach and his position must be untenable. He will be remembered as the worst coach in RedV history. I suppose he did achieve something!

I think Price lost any idea of how to coach an NRL level team. If he ever had it.
He's out of his league.

For me the most important reason Price needs to be sacked is because right now there is absolutely no accountability with the players, and they are responding accordingly. THEIR performance on the weekend was nothing short of pathetic, and ALL the blame gets directed back at Price.

Now I agree with all of you that Price has done a poor job thus far, but attitude and pride in the jersey rests with the individual, this is not something that should need to be coached into a PROFESSIONAL football player. On Sunday they showed ZERO pride, and that was reflected on the scoreboard. With the exception of a few, the majority of the squad are not performing to an NRL standard.

If we solve the perceived problem of the head coach by moving him on and replacing him, all of a sudden the onus gets put back on the players, there will be no more excuses and they will be accountable for their individual performances.

Was at the ANZAC day game and watched the Canterbury game and have to say that Price was responsible with recruitment and decided to amass a pack made up of back rowers perhaps because of perceived rule changes.

Fact one: Our forwards are overrated, lack size and most of all mongrel

Fact two: Langlands, Smith, Raper and Gasnier Mark 1 or 2 would have found it almost impossible to win the last 2 games for us, with a forward pack incapable of penetrating a marshmellow

Fact three: We will be overpowered by the forward packs of the better sides (Easts, Souths, Canterbury)

Fact four: Our recruitment has been poor from a forwards perspective

Fact five: We need a massive clear out of current forward depth

Fact six: Price is 50% of the problem. He is not astute, is not a motivator of men and should take the blame for the lack of game plan and motivation of the players.

Fact seven: Sacking Price will be a massive wake up call for the players. They need to understand that mediocrity is unacceptable.

Fact eight: Any player that does not respect the red V should be shown the door quickly and quietly.

Fact nine: Time for action has arrived, bye bye Chinless

I'm definitely no expert but I just don't see any game plan other than one off passing to a forward mostly flat footed who get tackled onto his back, rises slowly to his feet and then we do it all again. Like lambs to a slaughter.

I would like either Smith or Gould as a coaching director with Henry or even maybe Brown as the head coach.

I believe we should have picked up Arthurs whose doing a pretty good at Parramatta. Whom ever we choose I hope it's not Brown or any of the old boys net work. Time to look at an outsider imo.

he did say he had the players he wanted, but seems more like an 8 year old picking his fantasy team for the first time, i.e. no plan what to actually do with them

I totaly agree, our forwards don't run with support so they are an easy target!! Put plus and minus support players with the ball carrier and its whole differant ball game the keeps the defence honest.
Same in our defensive line, slow line speed and we don't hit as one in numbers!!! We always get left on the ground either side of the ruck that puts them defenders off side !!!

....the worry is the Board is slow as watching grass grow. Everything is done at a snails pace, by the time they realise we lack impact forwards, it will be 2015. The writing was on the wall last season.
Generational change is needed from Board level down to coaching staff, last years deep dive review just moved existing ppl around...
