What schools in WA can a kid play Rugba Leg?

There is your anwer.

Fairfield, Blacktown, Campelltown, Caringbah, Hills District, Ryde.

They all play.

WA play VFL a Kerry Stokes special, I do not watch his channel.

lol your ignorance is showing.
We had 64 school teams across various age groups and comps last year in WA. Here’s an example of one of many of our schools that have adopted the game. The nrlwa is doing a very good job with jnrs in wa. Hopefully Vlandys doesn’t cut its funding.

You have no juniors.

Facts you hate.

Your boys play VFL.

Name all the WA, and Vic who play.

It is OK NSW and QLD have it covered, so many great schools.

You have VFL juniors, first drafted and all.

Facts, never been your friend,

stay in school kids, or this is how you end up.
64 schools playing rugby league, 24 jnr clubs in WA, thousand playing touch footy as well. You really need to educate yourself on rugby league in Australia.

Don't forget there are Nrl First graders currently playing that are from WA,
Waqa Blake and Bryson Goodwin
Curtis Rona did before going to union

How many VFL players went to school in WA?
How many VFL player went to school in VIC?

Yay one from Fiji.
Don't think it matters where your born, they played lower grades and got to play in 1st grade at roosters, panthers and souths, had WA had a team of their own maybe we'd see more players, maybe moreso than in SA or VIC, im not saying that there's a need for a new team there, but out of the AFL heavy states WA seems to be the better choice

How many offer VFL, how many will pay for kids to come to play VFL?

Live in your dreamworld.

NSW and QLD schools and associated programs will continue to produce Rugba Leg players.

VIC, WA schools and associated programs will continue to produce Victorian Football players.

Over to you to produce some kids from some Pacific Island who moved here.

Bryson Goodwin didnt come from overseas, his brother played for the reds, maybe if there was a team, more kids wouldn't move away or play AFL, if there was a 1st Grade presence, but i do agree there isn't much chance of investing heavily in perth, if AFL will end up swallowing up the advertising, but its pretty poor excuse not to try get a team there or in SA, when most other codes have teams there

Apart from the fact you’ve got it wrong every time your doing really well lol

you did get the afl bit right though, you clearly know more about afl than you do rugby league :)

manly and roosters have had as much success a Storm and a lot longer to build a fanbase. With tribalism such an important thing they must be well ahead of the storm right? Oh yeh that’s right they’re not. tribalism is nice fuzzy warm thing that gives you an excuse to justify an over saturated situation the game has.

rubbish, storm fans can watch the Ch9 game live on fta just as any fan in any part of te country can these days.

Well looks like we will never know now doesn’t it. Would ch10 have gone hard for rights pushing nine up, would Vlandys trip to USA delivered anything? As it is we are rumoured to have accepted a guaranteed $64million plus less money over next three years and we wont know if the 23-26 deal is better or worse than it might have been.

Let’s seen when the deal is finalised if Vlandys is the man, or yet another dud that’s sold the game short.

Manly do not have 5 million people.Manly do not have a you beaut stadium.Roosters do not have 5 million people and exist in a union .latte sipping area. They have few juniors within their area.
Maybe you should ask yourself what's happened to the Bear's fans ,once their club was flicked.Which other clubs did they go to.You can count them on your hand.Tribalism is following a club and if that club goes they lose that fan base..
It's saturated because it's the base of the code here.It has already had 4 teams merge ,one get the flick, and you in your typical selfish whining ways want more to go, when there are also no guarantees of what a new club in Perth will get long term.We saw how fickle they were when the SL war started with their numbers.
On a secondary channel, and the numbers are SFA for the Storm in Melbourne. When you start getting a production line of juniors entering your first grade side, start bragging.
You see every Sydney NRL club will at least attract far more FTA viewers in Sydney, the major commercial heart of this country.

Your'e the one continually speculating on what the NRL should get, and if they do this it's rubbish. You';re the one bagging negotiations before they have actually been decided. If you look at ch10s programs ,it doesn't take a brain surgeon to know they are running on the smell of an oil rag.
I actually thought CBS (10 owners) would come into the equation. They haven't ,so their were it would appear ,if today's Herald new is anything to go on, they and 7 were never really in the picture.
And it also looks like 9 will not be extending ,their end 2022 deal, so open the champagne ,but you will still whine.

Your last line is rather ironic.I've been saying all along with your negativity ,you jump in before a deal is done, or decision is made with your usual negativity "it wont do this or that, we will get screwed etc etc"Your last line commentary just confirms what I stated.Smith certainly stuffed it up for us at the end, as did Gallop.
Scoop. We are living in times ,a lot of people are comparing with the great depression, if you think we were going to get the same monies or more than we get on current deals, you've been drinking out of the same mug as Trump.

I'm shocked...Perth Red whinging that expansion isn't on the cards!

We have a lot more pressing needs than whether expansion is feasible! It's not as if it's worked in Perth or Adelaide before. It might work, but the game has to be in a good position to take those types of gambles. You are much better expanding into Brisbane if need be, it is much more likely to be a cheap home run.

Consolidate the product first and foremost, worry about expanding in 3 years time.

Spot on.
The most pressing need is SURVIVAL, not just for now but the long term. Without that ,the now is stuffed and there is no long term and as a result no expansion.None of us will then be able to whinge, oh wait that may be a good idea.
Think of a world of peace and happiness and no whining from the west.

nor do they play in an afl city with 9 clubs on their doorstep who all avg over 30k fans attendance! Surely tribalism can overcome the storm advantages, and if not what value does it really have, or does it really exist to the level where it attracts fans to follow a club actively? The better question is what happened to the fans who would have grown up bears fans, have they grown up supporting a different club? Who are the twenty year olds in NS region following? Do you really need a club in every suburb to engage fans? Lol if you read what I’ve pu I’ve said there is no need for mergers or relocations IF the nrl imposes strict financial controls on clubs. If they leave them to their own devices we will see clubs in continued financial stress, and Gould is possibly right as clubs will likely have les income in next few years. All hypothetical. Who knows what the next tv deal might have been, all we will know is what we got when it gets announced in next week or two.

Pretty much and whether people like it or not the Sydney clubs and QLD ones are the heart of the competition. You cannot compromise that going forward. Expansion shouldn't even be considered for 4 years, and Brisbane (second team) would be my first port of call. We also can get rid of this silly idea of taking Origins out of Sydney or QLD.

really, where? I gave up on nrl expanding a long time ago. Nrl needs to control clubs spending, or move to a flexible grant system, if we are ever to see viability throughout all clubs.

Well there's a first you have actually given up on expansion (thank the lord there!). No the NRL doesn't need to control spending, you are screwing well run teams. What they do need to do is to keep an eye on every clubs bottom line and don't let them get out of hand like they did.
