As for Kerr, he gets his chance against whst really should be an underdone Warriors pack. Perform or perish Josh!

Perhaps the coaches were not happy with his performances or his training and want to send a message to him and the team that training & effort in games count. Most likely reading too much into this but I think a fit & firing Burgess ( as opposed to a adequate Kerr ) is pivotable to our chances this year.

Good post @Dragonslayer.

It’s funny you mention Brown & Cartwright being named in reserves.
Some journos & radio blokes are “baffled” by Hook selecting Sims & Burgess in reserve particularly Sims who’s an incumbent origin player but not one iota of any questions of Arthur picking an incumbent origin player in Brown.
You just know who the favs are according to the media.

Ta. Well that makes our reggies side weak because those 7 players 18-24 have to go to Q:LD for 5.30pm game while reggies play down here at home lunch time.
Parra's 18-24 can drop back and play and then fly up for a game the next day if they are needed.
Lop sided games and that will happen a lot in reserve grade this year for a lot of clubs

Interesting interview with Woods. Funny how they become likeable when in Dragons gear.

Experienced, doesn’t sound like a dope and actually provided some insight rather than the usual cliches. Hopefully he’ll be good for the team.

Dragons looked pretty good in the trials. Warriors have a few new players and haven’t played a trial game. Surely the dragons win this one right?

Not going to spit chips if we start slow in the first 4 rounds... very confident we have the squad to make the 8...i recall Manlys start last year copping hidings first 4 games then exploded... have a similar feeling for our team this year.. lets be patient and believe in the process....
