That 7 minutes was the total of Laurie's actual 5 game appearances in minutes... so yes, it was definitely impressive in that respect, but unless he is in 5/8th like he was before f/t without ball hogging it I don't see him playing 1st grade F/T here

I think he will play games off the bench if he’s starting in the halves. Whoever starts the 14 spot will likely be rotated like it is atm.

Teams are regularly not using all of their interchanges I don’t think it’s a big deal. Carrying a half on the bench for injuries had come up trumps for us before.

We had Souths shot to pieces. He should have played 40mins with 20 of those in the halves

We are due to click and back at home after 6 weeks away, off a long break. We win easily

Hugely. Long turnaround at home with Nathan back and Yeo/Edwards existing. Also Tago having a week off the defence which is already top tier will be better.

Why bother? If he can't do 80mins then he wouldn't be a 1st grader, the no.14 role is there to cover injuries, not prop up guys who can't cut it for the length of the game
