Last week with MWZ back we argued he would not be match fit for FG and we cannot select him. The NRL agreed with that.
However there is another twist.
I believe we are still arguing with the NRL that MWZ should only be classified as a winger and therefore we need an exemption to play a centre in Naden.
If the NRL disagrees we will be forced to play MWZ or Jed.

Does that mean Jack h will be pushed out the door the fit Naden in the top 30. It happened with Grant last week.

Hetherington would be a decent signing for many clubs, except for his judiciary record.

Just to make it clear how crazy selecting Luai on the bench with Egan is, in round 15 Luai will be needed as Cleary will be in origin camp. That means he may not have played a single minute for 3 weeks.

And if Maloney is selected for origin that’ll make it even worse.

I agree. I just can't think of any other reason to not give him game time for match fitness and to keep him sharp. If someone else has any ideas.

Falls played last week he is 1000/1 to be in FG anytime soon.

Blore/Luai halves gives you both FG options moving forward.
Or if Luai is on bench Egan in 9 Katoa 6 still gives guys in the right positions gametime

Ok so no excuses to give Luai no game time. Play at centre or play reserves makes the most sense.

So we wont actually be Origin affected for Origin 2 or 3. Unless we don't back up.

Round 14 - Saturday 15th June.
State of Origin 2 - Sunday 23rd June
Round 15 - Sunday 30th June.
Round 16 we have a bye.
State of Origin 3 is July 10th
Round 17 - July 12th


So unless we rest guys agsinst the Titans... Origin won't acrually affect our eligible players. Origin 1 was the only game that did.
