Had a bad feeling about this game we were terrible. Even at half time all they had to do was compete their sets and they would have rolled over the knights. A few of our key player didn't show up tonight namely Corey and Moses. Massive lost opportunity for the top 4. Good on Newcastle they deserved the win.

The turning point was when Auva'a failed to take a simple kick and Jennings knocked it on the 20m line after they were found offside. Perenara has always hated us and is obviously a biased, incompetent arsehole. He contributed but didn't cost us the game.

We're not contenders and I didn't think we were before tonight either. This group should be satisfied with a Top 8 finish though. The way they played tonight they probably are.

Even if we make the Top 4 I don't see us as contenders this season.

That hooker Levi bent us over and tore us a new one tonight!! His passes are pin point every time and his running game was brilliant.

He was doing it easy off the back of quick play-the-balls though. Our middle was buggered after ten minutes in both halves. We did well to miss so few tackles but just making that many tackles had us fingered.

The Knights' top tackler (Buhrer) made 36 tackles. We had three blokes make over 50.
