RCG is nothing special carrying the ball in contact and there's no reason to think he ever will be. We need some destructive ball carrying in the middle and he's not it. But he has shown some skills here and there when games have opened up. With Griffin gone hopefully that becomes a constant.

And how many minutes is he averaging compared to the players putting up more meters?

Even worse it's his second year here.

Looks like a Govt issue not a club issue.

Govt requires you to stay in the country when you apply for permanent residency.

The only way for the club to have avoided this is have him not apply for residency & instead play here on a 457 visa.

Either way it should have been sorted. I guess we run with Yeo/CHN.

And you can only play top 30 players. It wouldn't be that hard to get all this sort of thing sorted for all the squad early on
The Panthers have been working with Department of Immigration officials for the past five months to try and sort the bureaucratic drama.

It is understood Kikau’s management ticked the wrong box on a government visa form when their client was representing Fiji at last year’s Rugby League World Cup in New Zealand.

The error meant travel restrictions were placed on the rampaging Panthers forward.

while its an annoying distraction, it wouldnt be a bad thing resting Kikau and having him prime for the storm and week 1

Surely they can just speak to the Minister for Immigration and he will resolve it. If he doesn’t Gould can tweet about it and the Liberals will lose even more votes.
Perhaps all the other NRL sides have complained that he has been terrorizing their sides...
