and besides unless you're Peter Peters, Grant Meyer or Des Hasler i'd take what you say with a grain of salt.

it appears that even if Manly are paying the bulk of their big ticket contracts at the back end of the deal they appear to be the only club to atleast match the talent they lose to the one they sign and that's not including the upgrades to blokes like the Stewart brothers, Cuthbertson, Ballin and co.

It was on 10 news last night that Luke signed til 2010. Why would the Tigers sign him? The area they have best covered is Hooker with Farrah.

Merritt will be staying with Souths. From what I have heard he has all but re-signed.
