Yeh safe to say in a strong roster that Barny, Sione, and Jsaf would be still at the stage that of development being eased into first grade or at most starting to appear regularly off the bench. I think all 3 have potential to be good players. Big year for Barny though, he'll be 25 come seasons start and last year wasnt his best.

When Barney is in NSW cup we know we have a good squad.

He was coming off surgery and never seemed to regain his best form. Not that he was bad, he has a crack every week and has a decent offload which is rare in our side.

I hope he can have a big off season and regain his 2017 form. That time he dragged Alex Johnston back into the in goal was brilliant.

You're right he didnt do bad at all. Compare his stats to say Premiership winning second rower Mitch Aubusson ( 24 appearances ) and it makes Barny ( 23 appearances ) look a champion. He does alright Barny and belongs in the side somewhere.
